We’re Seeking Sponsorship to BlogHer ’12 in NYC {Aug 2 – Aug 4}

 We are headed to one of the largest conferences for bloggers in 2012, BlogHer in New York City!  While we are going to be connecting with thousands of other bloggers and brands, we want to take you with us. From August 2-4 we want to tell the world about you, just for a little bit of sponsorship in exchange.  While it’s almost a local event for us (we’re located right to the West of Washington, DC) the costs are going to be down for this East Coast agenda!

Here’s how you can be involved. Sponsor Us.  By doing so you’re helping us get there and getting your name represented in many ways up until and during the conference to thousands of others!  We’re ready to make it known you helped us get there and we’ll be doing a range of advertising for your company via sponsored posts, site advertising as well as live social media before, during and after the event!  Think of us as being your Brand Ambassador and PR Outreach Program!

Here’s the cost breakdown for Travel and Conference Expenses that we’re trying to obtain coverage for:

• Full Conference Passes $198 Early Bird Pricing through Feb 28 (have already secured at this rate!)
• Hotel Stay $229/night +taxes (splitting with another blogger, 4 nights) = $458 
• Transportation (To, From, During Event) $300
• Miscellaneous Expenses (Clothing, Food, Marketing Materials) $300
• Total Costs for Trip $1250

There’s a few different sponsorship levels incase you’re not ready to take the full plunge, but if another company does so before yourself… you may not get represented by us at all… so let’s get to business and discuss the levels of sponsorship your company can take with us:

GOLD LEVEL (Full Sponsorship – BEST Deal)  Cost $1250:

Once this option has been obtained, we will remove all other sponsoring options – therefore only your company will highlighted.

Don’t delay we will not accept any other offers once this has been covered for us!  Don’t let someone else beat you to this chance to have ONLY your name on our site!

• Only one company can fully be represented by a full sponsorship (therefore this is a first come, first serve basis – while available)
• Sidebar Advertising 12 Months 
• 1 Blog Post per Month for 12 Months Highlighting Event (Coupons, Events, Promotions) of choice
• Weekly Tweet & Twice Monthly Facebook (Social Media) Highlights of your Brand for 12 Months
• During Event LIVE Tweets and Facebook Status Updates with your Brand Mentioned (with links)
• Mentions within posts on Must Love Coupons during the event
• Promotion of your Brand (Product Advertising, Distributing and Discussing) with other bloggers and brands at the event
• During the event the best form of advertisement is word of mouth and we’ll be talking ALL about you
• Have something you want us to share with others?  We’d happily let them know about your product via handouts, business cards & product (bloggers LOVE swag, we’ll give it to them!)
• Have promotional items we can display for you?  We’ll be happy to wear your brand and display it on our laptop during the event as well
• Want us to gather more bloggers to advertise your brand during the event?  We’ll happily host a dinner party or event on your behalf with other bloggers agreeing to advertise it as well!
