We are headed to one of the largest conferences for bloggers in 2012, BlogHer in New York City! While we are going to be connecting with thousands of other bloggers and brands, we want to take you with us. From August 2-4 we want to tell the world about you, just for a little bit of sponsorship in exchange. While it’s almost a local event for us (we’re located right to the West of Washington, DC) the costs are going to be down for this East Coast agenda!
Here’s how you can be involved. Sponsor Us. By doing so you’re helping us get there and getting your name represented in many ways up until and during the conference to thousands of others! We’re ready to make it known you helped us get there and we’ll be doing a range of advertising for your company via sponsored posts, site advertising as well as live social media before, during and after the event! Think of us as being your Brand Ambassador and PR Outreach Program!
Here’s the cost breakdown for Travel and Conference Expenses that we’re trying to obtain coverage for:
- Full Conference Passes $198 Early Bird Pricing through Feb 28 (have already secured at this rate!)
- Hotel Stay $229/night +taxes (splitting with another blogger, 4 nights) = $458
- Transportation (To, From, During Event) $300
- Miscellaneous Expenses (Clothing, Food, Marketing Materials) $300
- Total Costs for Trip $1250
There’s a few different sponsorship levels in case you’re not ready to take the full plunge, but if another company does so before yourself… you may not get represented by us at all… so let’s get to business and discuss the levels of sponsorship your company can take with us:

Once this option has been obtained, we will remove all other sponsoring options – therefore only your company will highlighted.
