Double Manufacturer’s Coupon Policy
Customer’s with a Martin’s BonusCard will receive double the value of manufacturer’s coupons. (See specific store for details regarding double coupon policy redemption values.) The double coupon policy does not apply to customers without a Martin’s Bonuscard, free coupons, manufacturer coupons that state “DO NOT DOUBLE”, in-store coupons, or other retailers’ in-store coupons. The total value of the double coupon may not exceed the price of the item. We reserve the right to limit one (1) double coupon per same coupon per day, per customer.
Internet Coupon Policy
Customers with a Martin’s BonusCard may redeem coupons that have been printed from the internet. We do not accept internet coupons for free products, or those with a value greater than $5.00. We reserve the right to refuse any internet coupon that appears to be fraudulent.
Just a reminder to print the coupon policy and carry it with you while in the store so there is no confusion when checking out.

I’ve been couponing since December, and I live nearby (Front Royal). I am excited to see this site, as most blogs don’t cover Martin’s. I’m dying to know what your Martin’s tips are. I know they only double one like coupon per transaction. Have you ever broken up transactions to see if it will double another like coupon in the same day?
Yes, I have and yes they will! One of the best tips I have for Martins would be trying to figure the BEST gas deals so that you can save on BOTH ends (grocery & gas!) I used to never use Martins but now, this is my #1 for Grocery stores! You can do 100 transactions in a row if you choose to – but that’s going to be up to you
Oh, goody! And yes, I was the same way. I used to just go to Walmart but now that I do the coupon thing, Martins is my main store and I supplement with Target and CVS. I also transferred our perscriptions there so we can earn gas points! In your sale match up posts, can you provide ‘deal idea/scenarios’ that you do? I really have to get deeper into figuring Martin’s out- esp. with the catalinas!
Ok, here’s my comment or maybe it’s more like a question. I was just at Martin’s and the manager would not allow me to use a $1/2 coupon for a bogo item. She said because the register rings up one at regular price and the other one for free, therefore I’d have to four items in order to use this coupon. There’s nothing stated anywhere in their policy regarding bogo offers and using coupons with them. I know that Food Lion allows this because their bogo offers ring up at 1/2 the price and you can buy 1 item at this price, you don’t have to buy 2, like Martin’s requires. Do you have any information regarding this to help me clarify? Just a side note: I had already used five of those coupons and the computer had taken it with no problem and the dollar doubler had worked too, so I just ended up refunded those other items that she wouldn’t let me use a coupon on.
I can only assume that this SHOULD have been allowed? You’re right there’s nothing that states this, so because the store is offering this special of B1G1 Free, the coupon is a “form of payment” and should have been accepted in my opinion.
I received a call from Martin’s corporate. They say you can not use a coupon on a free item, such as b1g1. If you want to use a coupon say, $1 off 2 ball park franks at b1g1, you will have to ‘buy’ 4, using the coupon on the 2 items bought, not the 2 ‘free’ items.
My Martins(WV) is the same way. They actually wouldn’t let a customer leave with the items is she used a coupon. It must be Martins-wide.
Wow, that’s not cool! I’ve never had a problem using those types of coupons. I think though, I am going to email Martin’s corporate and ask them the policy on that.
I agree! I wrote Martin’s corporate. They usually take a few days… I’ll respond when they do.
at Martins, I am not sure I understand the policy – if my coupon for picolini pasta which is on sale for 1.00 is save 1.00 on 2 boxes, and I have two of those coupons – a.) do I use two coupons, with one per box and get it free, or do I b.) get 4 boxes with the two coupons and get them for .50 each… I am a bit afraid to try…
